Privacy policy
Information about personal data.
MasterTiming is responsible for processing customer data.
Concerned about the personal data of our customers, we are committed to ensuring the conformity of the processing we carry out as data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”).
To do this, we use a solution that complies with the GDPR and we have implemented a strict privacy policy to ensure an optimal level of protection of the data collected.
Personal data collected
The customer is informed that when a customer account is created, the following personal data are collected, either by phone, by e-mail or directly by the company:
- First name, last name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Address
- Language
- Download history
The company collects, processes and stores the data transmitted by the customer. Unless the customer objects, they may receive direct marketing communications from the company.
Company’s obligations
As data controller, and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, the company undertakes to:
- Put in place all technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the processing carried out.
- Restrict access to customer data to duly authorised persons only.
- Raise staff awareness and train them in data processing.
- Guarantee the rights of access, portability, erasure, rectification and objection of customers regarding the data collected during the use of the services. The customer has, at any time, before, during or after processing, a right of access, copy, rectification, objection, portability, restriction and erasure of the data concerning them.
These rights can be exercised by e-mail to eventronic@eventronic.es or by post to Eventronic, San Gabriel 3, 03005 Alicante (Spain), with proof of identity.
Cookie management
The company informs the customer that it places cookies or similar tracking technologies on the customer’s device when the site is visited, and collects the following data:
- IP address (Internet Protocol)
- Browser version of the device used
- Browsing data on the site
The customer is therefore informed that the use of the services involves storing cookies, tracers or similar technologies on the customer’s device.

Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work
These cookies are essential to browse our site (such as session IDs). They let you use the main features of the site and secure your connection — for example, to access the reserved and personal areas of our site using identifiers or data you may have previously entrusted to us. Analytical cookies
These cookies let us understand the use and performance of our site, produce statistics and measure the use of its various elements (content visited, routes), so we can improve the interest and ergonomics of our services (most visited pages or sections, most read articles…).
