MasterTiming is responsible for processing customer data.
Concerned about the personal data of our customers, we are committed to ensuring the conformity of the processed treatments in its quality of controller, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 27 May 2017 (the "RGPD").
The customer is informed that when creating a customer account the following personal data about him are collected, either by phone, email or directly to the company.
The company collects, processes and stores the data transmitted by the customer. Without refusal on his part, the customer may receive direct marketing solicitations from the company.
In its capacity as controller, and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, the company undertakes to:
- Put in place all the technical and organisational measures to ensure the safety of the treatments carried out.
- Restrict access to customer data only to those duly authorised for this purpose.
- Sensitise and train staff in data processing.
- Guarantee all rights of access, portability, erasure, rectification and opposition of the customers concerning their data collected during the use of the services. The customer has at any time, in advance, during or after processing, a right of access, copy, rectification, opposition, portability, limitation and deletion of data concerning him.
He can exercise his rights by sending an e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to the following address: Eventronic, San Salvador, 3, 03005 Alicante and this, subject to justify his identity.
The company informs the customer that it deposits cookies or similar tracing technologies on the Customer's terminal, when the latter consults the site, and collects the following data:
- IP address (Internet Protocol)
- Browser version of the terminal used
- On-site course / navigation data
The customer is therefore informed that the use of the Services involves the storage of "Cookies" files, cookies, other tracers or similar technologies on the Customer's terminal.
